1. Before use, add an appropriate amount of water (about one-third) into the water basin. If the barbecue time is long, check whether there is still water in time.
2. The carbon amount of the carbon basin shall be about 6 pieces of machine-made charcoal of 5cm (generally or about two-thirds of the carbon basin). Don't put too much carbon. The carbon should be burned red and served.
3. Don't brush oil on the roasting plate when roasting meat. Too much oil will make smoke.
4. At the beginning of barbecue, open the air door and turn on the fan. At this time, the fan is in the role of smoking and blowing charcoal fire. When the meat is almost roasted, because the temperature of the baking pan is already very high, turn off the air door. If the fan is not turned off, the stove only smokes and does not blow fire.
5. After the meat is fully roasted, put a piece of lettuce leaf on the bottom and put the meat on the edge of the baking plate. At this time, turn off the fan. If the guest allows, remove the charcoal basin to avoid long-term dry burning and reduce the service life of the baking plate.
6. During decoration, it is better to install a small ventilator above each furnace.
7. Clean the oven in time after using the oven every day.
